Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile Business Operations Coordinator, Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing and enhancing customer interactions and driving our marketing and sales initiatives. If you are a skilled communicator with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellent service, we want you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive customer support and service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Manage customer onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming client experience.
  • Develop and execute electronic data marketing strategies and electronic sales campaigns.
  • Engage in data prospecting to identify and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Collaborate with various teams to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, support, or a similar role in business operations.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
